SARAH Elisabeth Farmer and Bradley Scott Waldsmith, both of Gahanna, Ohio, are announcing their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Debra and Fred Garner, Rayland and Bob and Claudia Farmer, Belmont. She is a 1999 graduate of Buckeye Local High School; a 2003 graduate of Bethany College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology; and a 2008 graduate of Geneva College, Beaver, Pa., with a master’s degree in school counseling. She is employed by the State of Ohio in the department of Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities.
Her fiance is the son of Jim and Marilyn Waldsmith, Westerville, Ohio. He is a 1999 graduate of Westerville South High School; a 2002 graduate of Columbus State Community College with an associate’s degree in aging services; a 2006 graduate of the Ohio State University, Columbus with a bachelor’s degree in social work; and a 2014 graduate of Methodist Theological School, Columbus, with a master’s degree in counseling and ministry.
The couple is planning a March 22 wedding in Gahanna.
