Heather Lynn Propst and Chad Michael Smith were united in marriage on Aug. 27 at 3:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville with the Rev. Homer Harden officiating.
Parents of the bride are Frank and Tina Propst of Bellaire.
Parents of the groom are Clifford (Blaine) Smith of Glencoe and the late Lois (Varner) Smith.
Jessica Burney was matron of honor and Scott Neitzelt served as best man. Other attendants included April Propst, Ashley Moodispaw, Hollie Marlatt, Dawn Homan, Sherry Nolan, Patrick Varner, Randy Homan, Justin Meager, Dennis Howland and Christopher Garloch. Leah and Reegan Williams were flower girls, Dane Smith served as ring bearer, Melissa Hodgson attended the programs and guest book, and Frank Propst Jr. and Brent Propst were ushers.
The reception was held at 6 p.m. at the Glencoe ballfield.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Bellaire High School and is a homemaker.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. He is employed at Ohio Valley Coal No. 6 mine.
Their honeymoon will be taken at a later date. They reside in Stewartsville, Ohio.
