Astin Elizabeth Crosby and Corey James Smith were united in marriage on Saturday, June 16, at 2:30 p.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Protestant Church with the Rev. Ed Thurmond officiating.
Parents of the bride are Richard and Janis Crosby of St. Clairsville. Mother of the groom is Beth Butler of Martins Ferry.
Shana Grady was maid of honor, and George Apostolec was best man. Other attendents included Britany Crosby, Brandi Crosby, Hilary Neavin, Dusty Funkhauser, Ryan Strauss, Justin Crosby, Donnie Neavin and Jimmy Fleming. Camdyn Donahue was flower girl, and Trey Dunn was the ring bearer.
A reception was held at Undo’s West in St. Clairsville.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2006 graduate of Scott College. She is employed at Crosby Oil.
Her husband is a 2002 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. He is employed at Blue Ribbon Collections.
Following a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple will reside in St. Clairsville.
