NICOLE M. Lennex and Albert M. Sturgeon were united in marriage on Saturday, June 2, at 2:30 p.m., at the Lansing United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Julianne G. Gebbie officiating at the double ring ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Chuck and Lori Lennex of Lansing. Mother of the groom is Donna Stenson of Cadiz.
Courtney Kinkus was maid of honor and Marshall Brooks was best man. Other attendants included: Jodi Harness, Katie Burlenski, Laura Saavedra, Alison Kitzmiller, Marissa Gerevics, Karady Rogers, Chris Brubaker, Fred Dulkoski, Dan Lennex, Jeff Fowler, John Mann, and Paul White. Keira Kinkus was flower girl and Patrick Brubaker was the ring bearer. Emma and Elise Pittner attended the guest book and programs. Alan Dober was the organist and Mallory Fischer, the soloist.
A reception was held at St. Joseph’s Hall.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Bridgeport High School and a 2010 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. She is employed as the sales manager at the Hampton Inn in St. Clairsville.
Her husband is a 1999 graduate of Cadiz High School and a 2003 graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in the Warrant Office Corps and is employed with Consol Energy.
Following a honeymoon to South Beach, Florida, the couple will reside in Blaine.
