Kayla J. Blacker and Scott T. Mascola were united in marriage on Saturday, June 16 at the Belmont United Presbyterian Church with Pastor Pete Walburn officiating.
The bride is the daughter of John and Billie Blacker of Neffs. The groom is the son of Thomas and Linda Mascola of Phillipsburg, N.J.
Mackenzie Barker was the maid of honor, and Judah Longrear was the best man. Other attendants include Brooke Masters, Hayley and Madison Miller, Corey Victorella, Nick Raffa and Brandon Davis. Ushers were John Blacker and Corey Miller. Flower girls were Ashlyn Rose and Laken Miller, and ring bearer was Carson Cole.
A reception was held with friends and family at the St. Clairsville Eagles.
Following a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple will reside in Windsor, N.C.
