Whitney Nicole Graham and Joshua Gregory Hibbs Kemp were united in marriage on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 3:30 p.m. in the James E. Carnes Center in St. Clairsville with the bride’s aunt, Pastor Tina Gallaher, officiating. The bride was escorted by her father.
The bride is the daughter of Harry and Pamela Graham of Bethesda. Her grandparents are Henry and Zettie Gautschi and the late Harry and Martha Graham.
The groom is the son of Greg and Melinda Kemp of Belmont. His grandparents are James and Helen Hibbs and Robert and Betty Kemp.
Kristin Graham served her sister as maid of honor and Jared Kemp, brother of groom, was best man. Other attendants included Bethany Davis, Katey Sammeth, Christen Harper, Kevin Compher, Adam Moore and Adam Johnson. Amanda Yoder was flower girl and Gavin Sammeth was ring bearer. Allison Massey, Caitlyn Toohey and Kayla Yoder attended the guest book.
A reception was held at the James E. Carnes Center.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Union Local High School and a 2008 graduate of Southern Illinois College with a degree in computer information systems. She is employed by MPR in Bellaire.
Her husband is a 2004 graduate of Union Local High School and Belmont Career Center with a certificate in agriculture and diesel mechanics. He is co-owner of Lofty Meadow Farm in Belmont.
The couple resides in Belmont.
