Allison Suzanne Neavin and Jarod Daniel Rine were united in marriage Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, Wheeling, with the Rev. Dr. Timothy J. Allen officiating. The bride was escorted by her father.
Parents of the bride are John and Kathie Neavin of Rayland. Parents of the groom are Larry and Jana Rine of Moundsville.
Jacque Baker served as maid of honor, and Audrey Mellot served as matron of honor. Josh Rine, brother of the groom, and Even Kelch served as best men. Other attendants were Shannon Gilbert, Stephanie Glover, Taylor Neavin, Jennifer Murphy, Kateyln Rine, Daniel Blankenship, Morgan Clendenin, Eric Grimm, Josh Johnson and Tim McCabe. Kynnedy Rine, daughter of Jarod and Allison, and Macy Rine were flower girls. Corey Neavin, Madison Neavin and Jerrika Gilbert served as program attendants.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Grand Vue Park Banquet Hall.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, a 2002 graduate of Belmont Technical College and a 2005 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She is a graduate student at Wheeling Jesuit University and is employed by the Marshall County School System as a teacher.
Her husband is a 2000 graduate of John Marshall High School, a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a 2011 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in mining technology. He is currently employed by Consol Energy as section foreman.
The couple is planning a honeymoon to Mexico in the spring. The couple resides in Valley Grove.
