Angela Renee Delbrugge and Gregory Andrew Haberfield were united in marriage June 23 at 2:30 p.m. at East Richland Friends Church with the Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating. The bride was escorted by her father.
Parents of the bride are Lisa DeVault of Martins Ferry and Scott Delbrugge of Wheeling. Parents of the groom are Colleen McDermott and John Haberfield of Byesville.
Sarah Delbrugge served as maid of honor, and Jackie Harris served as matron of honor. Earl Haberfield and Gordon McIntire served as best men. Other attendants were Rebecca Wasko, Jennifer Guzolik, Samantha Kormanik, Tiffani Doyle, Elaine Koontz, Corey Halter, Dustin Ziemer, Joshua Delbrugge, Ralph Wills and Jesse Abrams. Sophia Haberfield was the flower girl, and Nathan Huss was the ring bearer.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the James E. Carnes Center.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2005 graduate of Seton Hill University with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. She is employed by Wheeling hospital as a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator.
Her husband is a 2001 graduate of Meadowbrook High School, a 2006 graduate of Muskingum University with a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health and a 2012 graduate of East Carolina University with a MAED in physical education. He is employed by Buckeye Local School District as a physical education program director.
Following a Western Caribbean cruise honeymoon, the couple resides in St. Clairsville.
