Suzanne Marie Dubinsky and Paul Brian Pubal were united in marriage at 1 p.m. on June 2 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Fairpoint. Father Thomas Graven officiated at the double ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Parents of the bride are Ron and Kim M. Vicker of St. Clairsville. The groom’s parents are Carolyne and Wm. Carl Gartner III of St. Clairsville, and Kenneth and Suz Pubal of Morristown.
Samantha Winiesdorffer was maid of honor and Amy Obloy-Thalman was matron of honor. Derek Pubal and Chad Bobek served as best men. Emily Dubinsky was flower girl. Ushers included Robert Gardner Jr. and Zachary Winiesdorffer. Readers were Kalyn Cain, Jennifer Gardner and Zachary Winiesdorffer. Dorothy Conaway and Debbie Semancik presented the gifts, and Mylie, Lanie, and Gracie Gardner handed out programs and balloons. Karri Haglock was the soloist/organist.
A reception was held at the Pine Room, Oglebay Park, Wheeling.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2002 cum laude graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science degree in hearing, speech, and language science with minors in biological science and psychology. She graduated from Ohio University in 2004 with a master of arts degree in hearing, speech, and language science. She is employed with East Central Ohio Educational Service Center as a speech-language pathologist.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2003 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor of arts degree in economics. He graduated in 2011 from Wheeling Jesuit University with a master of business administration degree. He is employed with CONSOL Energy as a senior analyst in the material and supply chain management department.
Following a honeymoon to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon, the couple reside in St. Clairsville.
