Kristina Nicole Lovell and Nickolas Alexander Stankovich were united in marriage on June 15 at the Formal Gardens of Oglebay Resort & Conference center with Keith Kaczor officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. Joe Lovell and Mr. and Mrs. Tony and Tammy Graham of Martins Ferry. Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Melvin and Irene Lovell of Martins Ferry and Ms. Nancy Doty of Moundsville.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Nick and Sheryl Stankovich of Martins Ferry. Grandparents of the groom are Mrs. Carmella Twardoski, the late Mr. Frank “Pedro” Twardoski of Martins Ferry, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Nick and Julia Stankovich of Martins Ferry.
Heather Kovalski and Trisha Estock served as the matrons of honor, and Adam Lucci served as best man. The flower girl was Ella Mamone, and the ring bearer was Landon Kovalski. Other attendants were Natalie Zambori, Megan Mamone, Sarah Doty, Ashlee Ratcliffe, Ashley Senft, Christopher Lovell, Babe Sidon, Joe Mamone, Jared Estock, Justin Provenzano and Chas Yoder.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, a 2008 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary and early childhood education, and a 2011 graduate of Ashford University with a master’s degree in elementary education. She is employed by Martins Ferry City Schools as a third grade teacher.
Her husband is a 2004 graduate of Martins Ferry High School, a 2008 graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education and early childhood behavior and development, and a 2012 graduate of Salem University with a master’s degree in educational leadership. He is employed by Martins Ferry City Schools.
After a honeymoon to Aruba, the couple will reside in Martins Ferry.
