Parents of the bride are Daniel and Brenda Rinkes of Bridgeport. Parents of the groom are Robert and Barbara Phillips of Jerusalem.
Jessica Burke was matron of honor, and Chad Winland was best man. The bride is a 2000 graduate of St. John Central High School and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University. She earned a master’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2008. She is employed by the Groveport Madison School District as a first grade teacher.
Her husband is a 2001 graduate of Barnesville High School and a 2005 graduate of Washington and Jefferson College. He is employed as a business analyst by American Electric Power in Gahanna, Ohio.
After a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple will reside in Baltimore, Ohio.
