Kelsey Ann Scarnechia and Timothy Ryan Hall were united in marriage on Oct. 5, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Barnesville with the Rev. Tom Detling officiating. The bride was escorted by her father.
Parents of the bride are Sam and Tami Scarnechia of Bellaire. Parents of the groom are Tim and Annette Hall of Barnesville.
Sheena Weeks served as maid of honor, and Tim Hall served as best man. Other attendants were Shawna Hines, Natalie Zambori, Jade Wiggins, Magan Whitecotton, Jodi Taylor, Jaime Carr, Colin Hudson, Chad Zambori, Michael Lollini, Jake Tacosik, Chad Winland and Zack Powell. Addison Weeks was flower girl, and Caden Sellers served as ring bearer.
A reception was held at the James E. Carnes Center in St. Clairsville.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Bellaire High School and 2010 graduate of Ohio University Eastern with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is employed as a mortgage loan secretary at Belmont Savings Bank in Bellaire.
Her husband is a 2005 graduate of Barnesville High School and is currently employed at Cumberland Trail Fire District as a firefighter paramedic.
After a honeymoon trip, the couple will reside in Belmont.
