Andrea Mae Tomer and Jacob Noah Lewis were united in marriage Saturday, June 14, at 2 p.m., at the Church of God in Christ Jesus, Cutshin, Ky., with Pastor Larry Lewis officiating.
Parents of the bride and Bob and Tonny Tomer of Barnesville. Parents of the groom are Freddie and Sue Lewis of Yeaddiss, Ky.
Becky Bertram served as maid of honor. Roger Joseph served as best man. Other attendants were Kayla Browell, Melinda Miller, April Lewis, Daniel Haddix, Chris Lewis and Gabe Lewis. Azul Lewis attended the bride’s dress train, and Jose Lewis acted as aisle runner. Lily and Kyleigh Lewis served as flower girls.
A reception was held at the home of Freddie and Sue Lewis.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Faith Community Christian High School. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Waynesburg University in 2011 and received her master’s degree in social work from Asbury University in 2013. She is currently employed in the state of Kentucky as a licensed social worker.
Her husband is a 1996 graduate of Leslie County High School of Hyden, Ky. He is employed with Central Kentucky Products of Lexington, Ky., and owns a general store.
A honeymoon to Sarasota, Fla., is being planned for next year. The couple reside in Nicholasville, Ky.
