Jody Ann Gavlik and Jeffrey Daniel Terrace were united in marriage June 6 at 4 p.m. at Grand Vue Park in Moundsville officiated by the Rev. Dennis Hancock.

The parents of the bride are Roy and Jo Lynn Gavlik of Shadyside. Parents of the groom are Laurie Terrace, and Dan and Neka Terrace of Mentor, Ohio.

Serving as maid of honor was Sherrie McLane. Bridesmaids were Jenny Gavlik, Valerie Kulpa, Whitney Buterbaugh, Elli Batermes, Amanda Patten. The junior bridesmaid was Jaycee Gavlik Glasser. Flower girl was Camyrn McCloskey and ceremony reader was Courtney Noster.

Serving as best man was Victor Vaitkus. Groomsmen were Adam Horwatt, Cody Lee, Mark Salamone, Tom McCloskey and Mark Skrovan. Ushers were Carl Gavlik and Ray Gavlik.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2008 graduate of Ohio University with a degree in mechanical engineering. She is employed by Honeywell Aerospace.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Mentor High School and a 2008 graduate of Ohio University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed by Ingersoll.

The couple followed with a honeymoon to Las Vegas and reside in Lakewood, Ohio.
