Barnesville to host Belmont County Business Showcase

BARNESVILLE The Barnesville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its annual “Belmont County Business Showcase” to be held on Saturday, March 19,at the Barnesville Elementary School from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This popular annual event invites everyone to see what many different local organizations can do for them, all in one location.

This year’s event theme is “Think Green,” which works well for Barnesville as it perfectly ties into springtime, money, the environment, St. Patrick’s Day and of course, the Barnesville Shamrocks.

Exhibitor booths will enhance their display areas with this theme. Last year, the showcase featured 32 different exhibitors including a little bit of everything. Local retail participants included representatives from heating, outdoor power equipment, automotive, photography, food, newspapers, radio stations, computer and Internet companies and bathroom repair services.

Tourism, financial, insurance, health care and the fitness industries were also well represented.

Booth spaces may still be reserved by contacting the chamber office at 740-425-4300. This is a great opportunity to show the public what your business has to offer. There will also be door prizes and free entertainment.

The Barnesville Area Chamber of Commerce is active in many areas and now up to approximately 107 members.
