Fast Tracks tire service on the go
ST. CLAIRSVILLE – A new tire service has hit the road with the pledge to bring shop-level service to the customer. For Fast Tracks Mobile Tire Service operated by Ronald Burgess, customer convenience is the motto.
“We’ll take the shop to their house or workplace,” he said. “They won’t waste gas driving to the tire shop. They won’t waste their time standing in line at the tire shop.”
Burgess said the mobile service equipment includes an Italian tire changer, a computer spin balance capable of adjusting to a quarter ounce.
“We have everything a tire shop offers,” he said. “We can do up to a 24-inch custom wheel. It’s all at their convenience and the same price as at a local shop.”
They offer service throughout the Ohio Valley and outside. Burgess invites people with tire service needs to call and make an appointment. They work on passenger cars and light trucks with alloy, chrome, low profile and run flats tires. They include new and used tire sales, computer spin balance, TPMS valve sensors service, puncture repair, and wiper blades.
For heavy trucks they have new and used tire sales, with fires from 19.5 to IIR24.5 and super singles, balanced by equal or counteract beads. For motorcycles they offer new tires balanced by counteract beads.
“If it’s got a tire on it, we can change it,” Burgess said. “Anything we can do to serve. We give them the best customer service we can. That’s what’s going to make us.”
He added that they expect more business as people begin winterizing their tires.
Burgess is a local small business owner who has run a relocation company for the past 17 years. He said travel and customer convenience are his top priorities. His employees are registered and certified through the Ohio Tire Automotive Association.
Fast Tracks currently has a crew of three and one tractor trailer If the service takes off, he hopes to expand and eventually include several trailers.
Appointment hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Appointments can be made for outside that time frame. Checks and all major credit cards are accepted.
