McDonald’s supports band in November
WHEELING – Starting this Tuesday and continuing throughout the month of November, McDonald’s customers will help keep the OVAC All-Star Marching Band stepping high just by eating at their local McDonald’s.
During the month of November, McDonald’s restaurants across the Wheeling/Steubenville area will donate 25 cents from the sale of each McRib Extra Value Meal to the McDonald’s OVAC All-Star Marching Band.
“With the popular return of the McRib sandwich, the Wheeling/Steubenville area McDonald’s restaurants hope to collectively raise over $5,000 for the band during our month long promotion,” said Ross Stoltz, owner/operator of 11 area McDonald’s.
For the past 30 years, McDonald’s has been a proud sponsor of the OVAC All-Star Band. Money collected during this special November fundraiser is in addition to McDonald’s regular sponsorship.
McDonald’s is the world’s leading foodservice retailer with more than 30,000 restaurants serving 45 million customers each day in 121 countries. In the Wheeling/Steubenville area, 100 percent of McDonald’s restaurant businesses are owned and operated by independent entrepreneurs who live in this community.
