Bethel Agency joins Harvey Goodman

ST. CLAIRSVILLE – The Bethel Agency (formerly operating as Century 21 Bethel Agency), the Ohio Valley’s oldest real estate brokerage, established in 1932, is joining the Ohio Valley’s largest.

“In today’s challenging real estate market, it’s more important than ever to be the clear industry leader,” stated John Goodman. “Home sellers seek out the very best in times like these. Bringing Rosalie Gray, Bob Bethel and the Bethel team into our company will strengthen our leadership position in the marketplace. We believe they are the perfect fit.”

Bethel commented, “Harvey Goodman not only offers the area’s premier brand, but dominant marketing, technological tools, and referral networks for incoming executives that will help our sales associates achieve even greater results for their clients.”

Gray added, “Goodman’s team shares our culture of commitment to service. It has been apparent since day one of this transition; everyone has been just so incredibly helpful!”

“The Bethel Agency has been a very successful company for many years. We welcome all the clients of the Bethel Agency to the Goodman family,” added Goodman.

Joining Gray and Bethel in their transition to the Goodman team are Lila Murphy, Stacy Ackerman, Ed Eberhart, Lori Tickhill, and Becky McNeely. Bob Bethel is also a licensed appraiser in Ohio, and owner of the Bethel Insurance Agency, with offices in St. Clairsville and Barnesville.

Harvey Goodman Realtor is the largest real estate brokerage in the Ohio Valley, with offices in Wheeling, Martins Ferry, St. Clairsville and Barnesville. The company has more than 40 sales associates and a large sales support staff.
