St.?C. grad comes home to practice law

Adam Myser, a 2006 St. Clairsville High School graduate, has returned to his roots to start his family and career. Myser was a 2010 Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of Akron College of Business. He graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in May 2013.

On Nov. 4, 2013, the Ohio Supreme Court administered an oath to Myser to practice law in the State of Ohio.

Myser is now employed as an attorney with the law firm of Myser & Davies, where he has the opportunity and pleasure of practicing law with his father, Richard Myser, and attorney Al Davies. Myser & Davies, located at 320 Howard St., Bridgeport, practices in the following areas of law: Banking and Finance Law, Business and Commercial Law, Business Organizations, Contracts, Criminal/OVI Law, Education Law, Elder Law, Employment Law, Estate Planning, Family Law, Litigation and Appeals, Medical Malpractice Defense, Personal Injury, Probate and Estate Administration, Real Estate Law, Trusts, Wills, and Workers’ Compensation. Myser will concentrate his practice in matters pertaining to: Real Estate Law, Oil & Gas Law, Personal Injury, Collections, OVI/Criminal Law, Business/Corporate Law, Family Law and Municipal Law.

In law school, Myser competed in multiple Trial Competitions and in his third year received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy.

Myser resides in his hometown of St. Clairsville with his wife Sara Myser.?She teaches ninth grade English and Language Arts at St. Clairsville High.
