Bellaire native wins realtor award
COLUMBUS — Suzette (Iannarelli) Salyer has been honored this year by the Columbus REALTORS Association receiving its top sales achievement award, The Twenty-Five Million Dollar Sales Award.
The award was presented to only eight realtors this year.
“I feel I would not have qualified for this award without developing a special relationship with my clients by making them my first priority,” Suzette said. “Being a realtor is my passion-I can’t imagine doing anything else, so to be recognized for doing what you love is certainly a highlight of my career.”
Suzette has been a realtor since 1994 and works as a full-time agent in Dublin with Keller Williams as part of the Salyer & Henry Real Estate Team. In addition to this award, Suzette’s team was also named the #1 realty team in Dublin for 2012.
To qualify for the 2013 Million Dollar Sales Award Clubs, recipients must have met the cumulative sales volume criteria and served on a REALTOR committee or as an officer for a related real estate organization. Recipients of the Twenty-Five Million Dollar Sales Award are then eligible for the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Prior to joining Keller Williams, Suzette was with Coldwell Banker/King Thompson.
She hails from Bellaire, where she graduated from St. John Central High School.
Suzette graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University, where she was a member of the Chi Omega sorority. Suzette also attended graduate school at The Ohio State University.
Suzette specializes in relocation services and works with major companies including Wendy’s International to help buyers find homes in all areas of central Ohio. She’s also a founding member of Six Degrees Networking.
