Harvey Goodman Realtor honors its top agents
Wheeling Oglebay Park’s Wilson Lodge hosted the annual Harvey Goodman Realtor Sales Award Ceremony, where awards were handed out in recognition of the largest volume record year in the 57-year history of Harvey Goodman Realtor.
John Sambuco, broker of Harvey Goodman Realtor began his awards presentation by first acknowledging the sales support staff employed by Goodman and its agents: Patricia Bruhn, Mary Goudy, Beth Francis, Sue McKitrick, Jackie Adams, Jomana Papillo, Karen Filburn, Vicki Marriott, Jessica Couch, Jennifer Christakis, and Amber Kralovic, Rita Gibbons, Jim Gibbons, Jamie Viskovich, Erin Roten , Kelly Algeo , Karen Vincenzo, Christine Knight, Dawn Vigoffi. He said, “Each of you help make it just a little bit easier and make us all a lot more professional in every facet of our business.”
Sambuco continued, “Congratulations to you all. You have earned your 12th consecutive title as the Best Real Estate Company in the Ohio Valley, and last year, more than 7 out of every 10 homes in Belmont County were sold by a Goodman agent. Either the buyer chose you, the seller chose you, or both chose you to handle the buying and selling of their home in 359 of the 489 homes sold. If a home sold, chances were a Goodman agent sold it. I’d have to believe the top level service we deliver is one reason you’ve again been named the ‘Best of the Valley,’ and I believe the reason more than 7 of every 10 people chose you is that hiring an experienced agent is now more important than ever.”
