Promotions announced at The Citizens Bank
MARTINS FERRY — Scott A. Everson, chairman, president and CEO of The Citizens Bank, Martins Ferry, OH has announced the promotions of five employees, recently approved at the board of directors meeting.
Jennifer L. Fisher has been promoted to vice president, retail banking and area sales manager for the Bridgeport and Colerain offices. She began her career at Citizens in July 2012 as assistant vice president and branch manager for the Colerain branch. In February 2013 she transferred to the Bridgeport office. A graduate of Bridgeport High School, she attended both Belmont Technical College and Ohio University Eastern. She and her husband have one son and live in Martins Ferry.
John R. Bailey has been promoted to assistant vice president, systems administration and data processing manager. He began his career in October 2004 as computer operator and in 2011 he was promoted to information technology specialist. A graduate of Jefferson Community College, he earned an associate’s degree in computer systems engineering together with certificates in computer software engineering, computer networking, and A+ computer repair. He resides in Mingo Junction.
Bryan A. Mularcik has been promoted to network administration officer. He was hired in April 2012 as network support specialist. A graduate of St Clairsville High School and West Liberty State College, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a Cisco certified network associate. He and his wife live in Wheeling.
Meredith D. Oberdick has been promoted to branch manager and retail banking officer for the Tiltonsville branch. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor of arts degree, she was hired in May 2012 as customer service representative at the St Clairsville East office. She became supervisor for that office in February 2013. She and her husband live in Bridgeport.
Rachael D. Moynihan has been promoted to training and development officer. She came to Citizens in October 2011 as part-time administrative assistant and was named training and development coordinator in April 2012. A graduate of Mount de Chantal, she earned a bachelor’s degree in arts management and an MBA in marketing from Chatham University. She resides in Martins Ferry.
In making the announcements, Everson said, “These officers have brought a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to their positions, and have demonstrated outstanding performance and leadership. We are pleased to have them as part of our management team.”
