WV Business College adds new staff members
West Virginia Business College in Wheeling announces the addition of new staff, which includes two new staff members who are twin brothers, Matthew and Michael Barcus.
Matthew Barcus has been hired as an Instructor and Admissions Representative at the college. He is a graduate of Paden City High School. He served in the United States National Guard as a Medical 200.
Matthew Barcus attended Fairmont State University and was an Education Major with a specialization in History whereby he received a Regents Bachelor of Arts after spending over 1000 hours educating Middle School and High School students in the Social Studies Content Area. He has enrolled at West Liberty University with plans to obtain State Certification in Education in West Virginia in December 2014.
Michael Barcus has been hired as an Admissions Representative at the college. He attended Fairmont State University and will earn a Regents Bachelor Degree in a few months. His major at Fairmont State University has been in Education. He enrolled at WVNCC and earned an Associates Degree in Hospitality as well as an Associates Degree in Business Management. Michael has years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant fields.
Jeff Hilton has been hired as the IT Department Head and IT Instructor at the college. He graduated from Belmont College with an ATS Degree in Computer Science. Mr. Hilton has twelve years experience working as an Accounting Clerk including main frame backup.
Jessica Romel has been joined the staff of WVBC as an Instructor. She is a graduate of Ohio University Eastern with a Bachelor of Specialized Studies concentrating on Health Sciences, Sociology, and Communications. Currently, Ms. Romel is attending West Liberty University to earn a Masters Of Arts in Education with emphasis on Community Education. Her experience includes working for a company that provides socially necessary services to clients in West Virginia.
