Summer Reading on display in St. C
- Do you have a book that you have to read before school starts again? The St. Clairsville Public Library has got you covered! Stop by the “Summer Reading List” display in the first floor hallway to discover just what you need! These books may be difficult to find as the school year approaches, so stop by as soon as possible. The library located at 108 W. Main Street, St. Clairsville.
- The St. Clairsville Public Library staff members are working on a new Front Lobby display and we need your help.
During the month of July, we hope to honor the men and women who serve our country by displaying patriotic and Military items.
If you have any memorabilia including uniforms, pictures, flags, etc., we would love to include it.
We will do our best to treat each piece with care, but particularly delicate or precious items may be safer at home.
If you have any questions, or if you would like to bring an item in, please contact Emily at the Front Desk:740-695-2062. The deadline is June 25th.
- The St. Clairsville Public Library would like to thank everyone that contributed to our Teen Summer Reading Program by bringing in paper towel tubes.
On Thursday, June 19th, the teens learned about the science behind roller coasters and then made their own using the materials that were donated.
At this point, the library does not need any more paper towel tubes, but we truly appreciate your help in making this project a reality! Thank you!
Join us for the next Teen Summer Reading program, “Sloppy Science.” This event will take place on Thursday, June 26th at 1:30pm. Call the library to sign up: 740-695-2062.
