Triadelphia — Located at The Highlands in Ohio County, Straub Honda has again been chosen to receive American Honda’s 2018 President’s Award for the fifth time in the company’s history.

The award was presented by Honda Motor Company District Sales Manager Matthew Adair to Ginger Straub Fato, President of Straub Automotive and her son, Bryan Fato, executive manager of Straub Automotive during a brief ceremony in the dealership’s showroom last week, with the team of employees in attendance.

This President’s Award, which symbolizes the dealership’s outstanding achievement, is presented annually to a group of Honda dealerships, from among more than 1,000 nationwide, for exceptional performance in all aspects of dealer operations, including customer care and experience and sales and service performance.

Bryan Fato said Straub automotive is the only Honda dealership in the entire state of West Virginia to be recognized with the exclusive award. He said less than 10 percent of all Honda dealers across the U.S. win the award.

“This is the single highest award a Honda dealer can get,” Fato explained. He said the award is a testament to all of the hard work and effort by their team of employees, and it represents their true commitment to all their customers.

Ginger Straub Fato said they are thrilled and very proud to receive American Honda’s highest and most prestigious honor for the fifth time.

“We especially want to thank our loyal customers and friends, as well as our dedicated Straub Honda sales, service and management teams, who strive every day to provide our customers with a world-class Honda experience,” Fato said.

Henio Arcangeli Jr., senior vice president of the Automobile Division for American Honda, said they are pleased to honor Straub Honda with the President’s Award which recognizes Honda dealers who achieve excellence in all aspects of their sales and service.

“Nothing is more important to Honda than taking care of our customers and Straub Honda helps set the standard for customer care,” Arcangeli commented.

Straub Honda is locally owned and operated and has been serving the automotive needs of Wheeling and surrounding communities in the Ohio Valley for over 70 years. The company’s Honda, Hyundai and Nissan new and used car dealerships are all located just off I-70 at the Highlands. Straub also owns and operates two Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram new and used dealerships, as well as the new Straub Ford in Moundsville.
