Barnesville’s Hutton Memorial Library roof replacement underway

The project consists of the installation of metal panels and a new roof to water seal the library. The work is being done by Mansuetto Roofing & Sheet Metal of Martins Ferry. The library trustees and staff say they want to apologize for any inconvenience that may occur during this construction. The project is estimated to be completed in six weeks, contingent on the weather. Brown wants to the thank the residents of the village of Barnesville for passing the library levy last year that is funding this project.
