CHINI, Alberta M., 80, Flushing, died Saturday, December 24, 2011, at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

She was born on April 9, 1931, in Garrett County, Maryland, a daughter of the late James C. and Ethel M. Paugh Kitzmiller.

Alberta was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Flushing. A former employee of Dave ‘n Rene’s Restaurant, she was also an active member of the Catholic Women’s Club, the Parent Teacher’s Association, assistant Cub Scout leader and Troop 103 committee member, all in Flushing.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, was her son-in-law, Jimmie R. (J.R.) Arnold; four brothers, George, James, Paul H. and Oliver; and six sisters, Jessie Ellis, Alice Sims, Mable Jordan, Marie Maloney, Viva Claudio and Gladys Burson.

Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Rudolph Chini; one daughter, Lisa Kae Arnold, Cadiz; two sons, Mark A. and Kris R. (Danielle) of Flushing; two grandsons, Logan S. and Isaac C. Chini; two sisters, Carmineta Prato, Canton, and Okreita DeFrancisco, Florida; sister-in-law, Marcella Kitzmiller, Blaine; and two brothers, Leroy (Sandra) Kitzmiller, Uniontown, and Willard (Brenda) Kitzmiller, Fresno, California.

Private services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
