FOSTER, Louise, 87, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Friday, March 22, 2013 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.
She was born in Lloydsville, Ohio, on January 22, 1926, daughter of the late Edgar Glover and Grace Hinkle Glover.
Louise was a homemaker and retired as a State Highway Patrol Drivers License Exam Clerk. She was an active member of Thoburn United Methodist Church in St. Clairsville where she was a member of the United Methodist Women’s Isabella Thoburn Circle, a member of the choir and served on many committees.
She is a Past Matron of the former St. Clairsville Chapter 510, and current member of Bridgeport Chapter 452, Order of Eastern Star and former District Deputy Grand Matron of District 15, O.E.S.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Foster; two sisters, Vera Estep and Marie Urda; and a brother, Charles Glover.
Surviving are her children, Terry (Anne) Foster, Sheryl (Jim) King both of St. Clairsville, and Scot (Carol) Foster of Canton, Ohio; a sister, Dorothy West of Akron; two brothers, David Glover of Akron, Ohio and Louis Glover of Arizona; her grandchildren, Paul (Heather) Foster; Heather (Chris) Cook, Matthew (Michelle) King, Nathan King, Lee (Monica) Foster and Mackenzie (his fiance Rachel) Foster and seven great-grandchildren, Caleb, Ava, Will, Brodi, Matheson, Meila, Maksim.
Family and friends will be received on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m., with Rev. Dr. Bradley Call officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
