GADJA, Bruce, 56, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, passed away Sunday June 2, 2013, at Wheeling Medical Park.
He was born October 18, 1956 in Bellaire, the son of the late Edward Leo and Eleanor Gasbarre Gajda.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Ann Gajda and a great-nephew, Brian Carpenter.
Bruce attended St. John Catholic Church in Bellaire, had worked at Stonebreaker’s Towing in Centerville, Ohio and had worked for 19 years at Sears Automotive. He was an avid outdoorsman with interests in hunting, fishing, trapping and taxidermy.
Bruce is survived by two brothers, Jerome Gajda of Cambridge Ohio, Gregory (Pam) Gadja of Wooster, Ohio and a sister, Irene Busack Burgess of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Marrio, and Kymberly Busack, Matthew (Tina) Gadja, and Christie (Mark) Franco, great nieces and nephews, L.J., Tyler, Brooke, Zachary, Isaiah, Isabella, and Alena.
Friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio on Wednesday June 5, 2013 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. with Fr. Dan Heusel officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire.
