COYNE, Joan (Conway), 83, of St. Clairsville, Ohio formerly of Bridge port, Ohio, died Saturday August 10, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at Ohio Valley Hospital, Wheeling.

She was born in Bridgeport on January 10, 1930, a daughter of the late A. Kellie and Hannah Williams Conway.

Joan was a former employee of Maroon Enterprises, a volunteer at OVMC, a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clairsville, and a 55+ year member of the “500 Card Club” with her special friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Kevin Coyne on July 10, 2011, brothers Arthur and Kellie Conway, and two sisters; Madonna Jenni and Lucille Heinlein.

Joan is survived by three sons; Thomas K. (Debbie) Coyne of Buffalo, NY., Terence K. (Bernadette) Coyne of Canton, OH., and Patrick K. (Cassy) of Bridgeport, OH., a daughter Josie (Roy) Grover of Belmont, OH.; a sister Evelyn Ramsey of Columbus, the light of her life was her 12 grandchildren, Tom, Brian, Paul Coyne of Canton, Caitlin Porter of Virginia Beach, VA, Colin, Erin, Meghan Coyne of Buffalo, NY., Patrick, Jody, Sean Coyne of Bridgeport, Steven Grover, & Sarah Moore, seven great grandchildren Kelley and Kiernan, Elizabeth , Vanessa, Liam, Kellie, and Jack , special friends Jane, Kitty, Jeanne, Nancy, Emily, Jean, Mimi and Maxine, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday August 14, 2013 with visitation from 10 am till time of Mass at 11 a.m., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church St. Clairsville, with Msgr. George Coyne officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Greater Wheeling Soup Kitchen, 1619 Eoff St. Wheeling WV 26003.
