LANG, David Harvard, 67, of Bridgeport, Ohio, passed Friday August 2, 2013 at home.
He was born October 6, 1945, a son of the late Harvard and Anna Smigle Lang.
Dave was a former employee of Wheeling Brake-Block; a member of Bridgeport and Wheeling Eagles; bowled with St. Clair Lanes; and a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Elm Grove.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew Geary Lavos.
David is survived by his loving wife Anita “Darlene” (Raper) Anderson-Lang; stepson Richard (Sharon) Anderson of PA., stepdaughter Jenette (Scott) Holland-Ebbert of Bellaire; sisters: Dorothy Kessler of Pittsburgh, PA., Agnes (John) Mulvihill of Pickerington, Ohio; several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Tuesday 5-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio. Visitation will then continue on Wednesday August 7, 2013 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at St. Marks Lutheran Church, 141 Kruger Street, Elm Grove, Wheeling, W.Va., with Rev. Paul Schafer officiating.
Interment will be held at a later date at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
