GLASGOW, Patricia J. “Patty,” McMillen

GLASGOW, Patricia J. “Patty,” McMillen, passed January 20 in Martins Ferry Hospital.

She was born June 17, 1933, in Martins Ferry, OH. She, a faithful and loving wife, mother, granny and great-granny, was married to high school mate Robert W. Glasgow.

Preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Virginia McMillen of Tiltonsville, and a brother Ronnie of Cincinnati.

Succeeded by husband Pastor Robert W. Glasgow, two sons, Robert M. (Kimmy) of Dillonvale, William Lee (Beverly) of Huntsville, three daughters, Sheila (Gordon) Hennenbert, Bonny (Bruce) Teater and Janet (Tim) Hayman, all of Mount Pleasant, two sisters, Evelyn and Marcia Kay and one brother, Gerry, 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Her crowning jewel was a mother and granny. She devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. Till her final days she would tell of holding and feeding her great grand children. She was the love of her family’s life and a friend to whom ever she befriended.

Pat was a past Worthy Matron of Bellaire OES 197. She was Methodist by faith. We will miss you Granny and love you forever.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Patty and celebrated her life Wednesday 1-3 and 7-9 p.m. at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, Ohio. Friends then received Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. service at the funeral home with the Rev. Tom Thomas officiating.
