Adam L. Bugala, 90, of Flushing, died Wednesday, July 30, 2014, in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

He was born in Flushing, July 7, 1924, a son of the late John and Victoria Bugala.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Flushing.

Adam was a U.S.Navy veteran of WWII and was a member of the Flushing American Legion Post 366. Adam retired as owner-operator of Bugala Trucking in Flushing.

Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, was his wife, Martha McKibben Bugala; and two brothers, Carl and Walter.

Surviving are three sons, John A. Bugala, Jay A. Bugala, and Joseph A. (Becky) Bugala; one daughter, Marsha (Gary) Kanyuch; a brother, Stanley Bugala, all of Flushing; five grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren.

Friends will be received at Warren Funeral Home, Flushing, Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where Rev. Frederick Kihm will preside over funeral litergy outside of mass at 10 a.m. Saturday.

American Legion Services will be held Friday evening at 7 p.m in the funeral home.

Burial will be in Gates of Heaven Cemetery, Lafferty with full military honors.
