Frank J. Groza Jr., 61, of Byesville, passed away Wednesday July 2, 2014 at his home.

He was born May 1, 1953 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, the son of the late Frank J. and Frances C. (Hodor) Groza Sr.

Frank retired From Colgate Palmolive as the head of Maintanence, having worked there since its first day of operations.

He was a 1971 Graduate of Cambridge High School, and attended Ohio University. Frank was said to be able to build, or fix anything. He was a master at building model planes, and trains. He also enjoyed restoring antique cars.

Frank is survived by two daughters, Jenelle (David) Lilly, Quaker City, and Stacy (Luke) Davis, Gahanna, Ohio, one son, Adam (Cayla) Groza, Zanesville, four grandchildren, Kobe Shade, Benjamin Lilly, Sadie Lilly, and Ellison Groza, one sister, Mary Groza Schuetz, Columbus, and a niece and nephew, Beth Moore, and Bryan Schuetz.

Calling hours will be held Monday from 3-7 p.m. at the Thorn-Black Funeral Home in Cambridge.
