John W. “Jack” Crum, 71, of Barnesville, Ohio passed away Friday, July 18, 2014 at his home. He was born on December 12, 1942 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late H. Dean Crum and Mary A. (Ball) Crum Tarleton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Jerry and Paul Crum.

Jack is survived by his wife Debbie (Wells) Crum; 4 sons Steve (Risa) Crum of Barnesville, Kenny (Sherry) Crum of Newark, Brian (Julie) Crum of Senecaville, and Darren (Amy) Crum of Barnesville; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a niece & nephew; and many cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. with Ev. M. Gale Yoho officiating at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Crestview Cemetery in Barnesville, Ohio.
