Marie Pedeleose, 94, of Bellaire, Ohio, died Monday February 13, 2017, at Belmont Manor in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
She was born September 13, 1922, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Irene (Godin) Zaccaro in Hartford Connecticut.
Marie was a Catholic by faith and a homemaker. She was a member of the Wheeling Women’s Club and a volunteer for Belmont Community Hospital as well as the Red Cross for over 37 years.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth Pedeleose, three brothers, William, Francis and Luke Zaccaro, as well as three sisters, Betty Lupo, Gloria Keefe, Lorraine Pelton.
She is survived by her children, William (Patty) Zazzaro of Connecticut, Karen Lewis of Bellaire, Ohio, Lorraine (Steve) Wilderman of Acworth, GA and Kenneth Pedeleose of Acworth, GA and one sister, Lisa (Ed) Murphy of Weathersfield, CT.
In addition she is survived by two brothers, Nicholas (Jaydeen) Zaccaro of Bristol, CT and John Zaccaro of Windsor CT as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio 43906 on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Friday February 17, 2017, at 10 a.m. with Rev. James Hoff officiating.
Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Ohio. Memorial contributions can be made to the United Mine Workers Disability Trust Fund by going to tmcfunding.com.
