Edward Keith Kachur, 62, of Dillonvale, OH, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martis Ferry, OH.

Edward was born on Oct. 31, 1956, in Wheeling, WV to the late Edward and Elizabeth (Hicks) Kachur.

Edward was a 1975 graduate of Buckeye South; he worked at the Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Yorkville plant for 36 years and was currently working at JSW Steel in Mingo Junction, OH. He was a member of the USWA Local 1223, a member of Martins Ferry Eagles, Arie 546, and a former Past Worthy President and was a member of the 300 Liberty Club.

Above all, however, was his greatest passion, which was his love for his family, especially his two grandchildren.

Edward is survived by his wife of 37 years, Joyce (Trigg) Kachur; a son, Edward (Andrea) Kachur Jr; two daughters, Kaela (Mark Clutter) and Megan (Herbert Jackson); a sister, Mary Kay Bertubin and two grandchildren, Tessah Zeroski and Easton Clutter.
