Thomas Martin Pabin, age 79, of Sullivan, passed away May 12, 2019 in Lodi, OH.

Thomas was born on June 3, 1939 in Flushing, OH to Joseph Paul and Margaret Helen (Teliga) Pabin.

Thomas was a devoted family man, who was known for being an avid ham radio operator using the handle ‘WD8PHM’, and enjoyed classic cars. He was a tool and die foreman at Chevrolet in Parma for 33 years before retiring. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Rosemary (Sopuch) Pabin; children, Loretta (Karel) Simbartl, Joanne (Bill) Bartinelli, Yvonne (John) Penny, and Carol (Mike Traynor) Pabin; grandchildren, Jennifer and Nicholas Simbartl, Bill (Kim), Marie, and Dan Bartinelli, Tommy (Jordan) and Jackie Penny, Ella and Greta Traynor; brothers, Edward (Gayle) Pabin, and George (Debbie) Pabin; and his sister, Margaret Jean Fazzio.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Joseph and Jerome Pabin.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Waite & Son Funeral Home located at 765 N. Court Street, Medina, OH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon, Monday, May 20, 2019 at Our Lady Help of Christians (OLHOC) Parish, 9608 Norwalk Road, Litchfield, 44253.

A burial with military honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.
