Opal Donley, 76, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV.

She was born March 6, 1943, a daughter of the late Leroy and June (Davis) Heath in Rayland, Ohio.

Opal was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. Her life was devoted to her family.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Coe; two sons, Ricky and Robert Coe; a brother, Andy Heath; as well as a sister, Nancy Sayers.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Gerald Donley, whom she married June 25, 1983. In addition she is survived by her children, Diana Dillon of Belmont; son-in-law, Richard Dillon of St. Clairsville; Sherrie Funkhouser of St. Clairsville, Leroy (Ruth) Coe of St. Clairsville and Tim (Julie) Coe of St. Clairsville.

Opal also leaves behind her siblings, Vangie Bell of Cambridge, Linda Heath of St. Clairsville, Norma Donley of Mt. Pleasant, Brenda Stoner of St. Clairsville, Bud Heath of Warnock, Edward Heath of Warnock, Joe Heath of Belmont and Robert Palmer of St. Clairsville; as well as 19 grandchildren, Mike Funkhouser, Barbara Funkhouser, Rick Dillon, Katie Dillon-Luli, Opal Coe, Joe Coe, Eugene Funkhouser, Brandi Turner, Brian Coe, Brandon Coe, Jenny Mahoney, Michelle Mahoney, Ricky Coe, Brian Coe, Randall Coe, Allie Coe, Lance Corbett, Erica Evans and Zachary Coe; along with several great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received at Care Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 204 W. Main St., St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950, on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 26 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Scott Black officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.
