Jobs and the president
There are two different perspectives in regards to the job market.
The president’s people say that job openings have increased and they produced some figures to back up their claims.
Note: Figures don’t lie, BUT, LIARS DO FIGURE.
A different viewpoint:
If you are looking for work and can’t find any, think to yourself: “Is it really about finding a job or about finding a job that you want or like. If it’s the latter then the fault may be yours.
If you don’t have a diploma, be it high school, vocational, or college, or some type of experience in a field don’t expect potential employers to jump out.
If you really want to work, take what you can find, or what is offered until something better comes and keep looking.
When I was thirteen, I wanted to earn some money, so I accepted a job as a janitor paying 50 cents per hour. One of my duties was changing the filters in a dry cleaning machine. It’s not what I wanted, but I didn’t shirk my duties because of it.
