Tunnel Vision

A little common sense would come as a big help to local motorists. The West Virginia Division of Highways may launch the Wheeling Tunnel repair work this coming Wednesday. The timing could not be any worse. With the Italian Festival and the OVAC All-Star Football Game taking place in the next few weeks, it would be a wise move to resume the work no sooner than July 28. What's the rush now? The tunnel project has been the ultimate train wreck.
