Bellaire Council

Dustin Hepburn was a refreshing change from the old guard council in Bellaire. He was sincere, passionate and had no personal agenda. Dustin is a team player, reflected by all the selfless work he did on village projects, especially the Octoberfest celebration which took root this past year. Dustin is a difference-maker; one who helps bring about progress in the village. He brings the quality to the council table all politicians should have -- honesty. His resignation was a setback for the village. Bellaire Village Council has some big shoes to fill.
