Sweet Decision

Justice -- and not beer -- has been served. The state of Ohio has issued its ruling on a request for a liquor permit for the Tee Pee ice cream store in West Bellaire. That request has been denied. I will toast that decision by drinking a nice cold one -- that being a hot fudge milkshake. The Tee Pee has been serving them up very well for a long time. The Tee Pee has been a West Bellaire mainstay for years, specializing in ice cream and good food......not beer. I commend the state for keeping it that way. Although the decision can be appealed, I believe West Bellaire is better served with ice cream than alcohol flowing from the Tee Pee.
