Good Choice

October 6, 2009 - Robert "Bubba" Kapral
Jack Cera has distinguished himself on many fronts. He was a standout athlete at Bellaire High before excelling as an Ivy League scholar at Brown University. Cera was a successful state legislator whose tenure in Columbus paid dividends to his Eastern Ohio roots. He currently is the director of the Belmont County Connections, effectively operating the job service agency in times non-conducive to new employment opportunities. Cera is now poised to undertake a new challenge. He has accepted the charge as the coordinator for the Jefferson-Belmont Solid Waste Authority. Cera will begin his new duties on Nov. 1, heading up an organization which continues to enjoy more and more popularity. Jack is the ideal individual to help take the authority to new levels. He has the knowledge, contacts, personality and passion to make the solid waste authority as successful as possible.
