Hollywood Lights

Hollywood came calling on Bellaire Monday to film a movie. In the process, Hollywood also brought life to a depressed community. The All-American Village has not seen this much hustle and bustle on its streets in decades. Every downtown corner featured scores of people. It was a vibrancy that evoked memories of more glorious times in Bellaire. People were upbeat and movie fans were riveted to the action at hand. But Hollywood will be leaving in a few days, and with it, so will days of glory past in Bellaire.
