Taxing Decision

I have no problem with Gov. Ted Strickland signing into law a proposal which delays an income tax cut. The bill puts a halt on the final 4.2 percent income tax reduction that is a part of a 21 percent package launched in 2005. It is money we have never realized, so it is not like we are paying out of our wallet. The delay will help ease the state's massive $850 million budget gap. I have no problem helping that cause by waiting for a small tax cut.
