Day 1 Wrestling Complete

The opening day of the Ron Mauck OVAC Wrestling Tournament came to an end at a record pace Thursday evening. The tournament opened at 6:30 when the first action hit the mat and was wrapped up by 8:30 p.m. Results have been posted to the website. Action was fast and furious and only 6 seeded wrestlers went down during the opening day and none of the top four seeds in any weight class was upended.

Action begins Friday afternoon at noon back at WesBanco Arena.
