Phil Mickelson removed that nagging and longstanding monkey from his back Sunday with a masterful final round performance at Augusta National. The likable lefty scorched a final round 67 to exorcise his major tournament demons by winning the prestigious Masters by three strokes. In so doing, he turned back the efforts of chief rival Tiger Woods in donning his third green jacket. He also spoiled the much-ballyhooed return of Woods after a five-month hiatus due to personal problems.
