OSU first half

February 10, 2008 - Seth Staskey
If anyone is at home watching this Buckeyes-Indiana mens basketball game, at least you have the chance to change the channel. I am sitting live in the Schottenstein Center on the campus of The Ohio State University, and I am ready to go hide in the restroom. That first half was ridiculously bad. The Buckeyes continually settled for perimter jumper after perimeter jumper. Not even an attempt to go inside with the ball. Granted, Indiana is playing good defense and Eric Gordon is the truth for the Hoosiers, but come on. The half is 20 minutes long and OSU tallied 21 points. This team appears prime to make quite a run in the NIT. I am not sure this team is NCAA worthy. If it is, it had better turn it up a notch real quick because selection Sunday is only four weeks away. Hard to believe isn't it.
