| | Too Much MudNovember 1, 2010 - Robert "Bubba" Kapral Tuesday's election will put an end to a campaign -- both local and statewide -- that turned off much of the electorate. Negative ads and mudslinging do not meet with receptive ears. Voters get tired of months and months of trash talking from the candidates. I for one do not vote strictly upon partisan lines. I go for the candidate who strikes my fancy, regardless of affiliation. A candidate who leaves the mud out of his campaign is more likely to attract my interest. I want candidates to tell me why I should vote for them, not why I should not vote for their opponent.
